- 1 head of broccoli (400g)
- Water for steaming
- Salt to taste

Cut broccoli into uniform florets and wash well.

Add water to the pot (about 3cm) without touching the steamer basket.

Bring water to a boil.

Place florets in the steamer basket, cover.

Remove immediately to stop cooking.
