Response Time and Commitment
We commit to responding to all messages within 48 business hours. For urgent technical issues (such as problems that prevent the use of our tools), we will do our best to respond within 24 hours. Every message is personally read by the responsible team — we do not use generic automated responses.
To ensure a faster and more accurate response, include as many details as possible in your message: which tool you were using, which browser and device, and a clear description of what happened. Screenshots are always welcome when reporting visual or behavioral issues.

We accept and encourage all kinds of constructive feedback. Suggestions for new tools or features are especially valuable — several of Timerlyn's current features originated from ideas submitted by users. If you felt something was missing — an option, setting or tool — let us know.
Technical problem reports help us maintain service quality.
